If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are NOT free unless specifically mentioned during a promotion or offer.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Pakistan Shops pays courier companies to deliver your order. Delivery fees collected from customers help cover shipping and handling costs and are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • Remote locations

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Pakistan Shops is not liable for delays caused by courier services.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept deliveries may result in future order restrictions.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products must be:

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within the specified return period

Pakistan Shops reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping charges paid for delivery are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Pakistan Shops.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

12. Promotions & Discount Codes
